The journey of Competent started in the year 1983 with the opening of India’s first Maruti Suzuki outlet in Connaught Place in New Delhi. Delhi based Competent Group, promoted by Mr. Raj Chopra is the only Public Listed Company with Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). Competent owes this to the breadth of the vision of Mr. Raj Chopra who has interest in other businesses like Construction, Hotels & Entertainment. Presently, the Company has 19 Showrooms & 13 Workshops in Delhi, Haryana and Himachal Pradesh dealing in Maruti Suzuki & Nexa brands. Competent Group sells approx..27000 Cars, and Service Approx. 160000 cars in a year.
